What is AI Ops in a telecom network?
AI Ops applies machine learning to network operations data — performance counters, alarms, configuration and traffic — to detect anomalies earlier, correlate alarms into root causes, forecast capacity and automate repetitive responses. In a telecom network it matters because the data volume is far beyond what an operations team can read in real time, and most outages are preceded by degradation that was visible in the data.
Can Quantum operate a network it did not build?
Yes. Taking over an existing network starts with a technical audit, a documentation and configuration baseline, and a defined transition period running alongside the incumbent before Quantum takes the service level.
