How do I request a quotation for telecom equipment?
Send the part number or model, the quantity, the destination country and whether you need new or refurbished. Use the form on this page or email rfq@quantumtl.com. Quantum normally responds with availability, lead time and pricing within one business day.
Does Quantum supply refurbished telecom equipment?
Yes. Certified refurbished equipment is tested and warranted before shipment. For operators maintaining older technology layers or managing capital budgets, refurbished supply is frequently the difference between keeping a site on air and decommissioning it.
Which regions does Quantum ship to?
The UAE and the wider GCC — Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain — and MENA markets including Egypt, Jordan and Iraq. Dubai is used as the consolidation and staging hub, which shortens regional delivery considerably compared with shipping from origin.
Can Quantum source equipment the OEM has discontinued?
Often, yes. Quantum runs an active sourcing and brokerage desk across the secondary market. Where a part is genuinely scarce, the response will state the realistic sourcing window rather than a placeholder date.
Do you quote against a bill of materials?
Yes. Send a full BoM and Quantum will return a line-by-line quotation with lead times per item, flagging anything with a supply risk so the build plan can be sequenced around it.
